1515 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Guidelines

This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the 1515 platform by all users in Malaysia. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By registering an account or using the 1515 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

Use of the 1515 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Not be prohibited by any law or regulation in your jurisdiction from using online entertainment platform services.
  • Have never been suspended or permanently banned from the 1515 platform previously.
  • Act solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party without written authorisation.

1515 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required information may result in a temporary restriction or account closure.

2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1515 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.

During the registration process, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.

You are fully responsible for:

  • Keep your account password and login credentials confidential from any third parties.
  • Notify 1515 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
  • All activity that occurs within your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access through your negligence.
  • Keep your personal profile information up to date, including an active email address and phone number.

1515 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

3. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions

Users of the 1515 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

  • Use software, scripts, bots, or any other automated means to access, scrape data from, or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the 1515 platform systems, servers, or databases.
  • Abuse bonuses, promotions, or rewards through dishonest means, including opening multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or manipulating the betting system.
  • Use the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
  • Share or sell account access to another individual.
  • Post offensive or threatening content, or content that infringes the rights of any party, through the platform's communication features.

1515 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payment Information, Deposits, and Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the 1515 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they only use payment methods registered in their own name.

Regarding deposits:

  • Deposited funds are usually credited to your account within minutes, depending on the selected payment method.
  • 1515 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
  • Users are required to comply with the minimum and maximum deposit limits set by the platform, which can be viewed in their respective account panels.

Regarding withdrawals:

  • Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the account panel once identity verification has been successfully completed.
  • Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name.
  • 1515 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes where there are signs of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
  • Any fees charged by a bank or payment service provider are the responsibility of the user.

All completed transactions are final and cannot be reversed except in cases specified by 1515’s internal policy.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The 1515 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1515 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continued availability of the platform, the accuracy of information published, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. 1515 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1515 platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of 1515 or its relevant licensors. Use, reproduction, or distribution of this content without written authorisation is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links and Services

The 1515 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and technology providers. 1515 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third-party services. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third party separately.

6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law

Account Suspension and Closure

1515 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to meet identity verification requirements, or at the request of a competent authority. In cases where an account is closed due to a user's breach, 1515 reserves the right to withhold any funds associated with the violating activity.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team at [email protected]. Any legitimate remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the review is complete.

Changes to Terms

1515 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the 1515 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute will be referred to the resolution mechanism established by 1515 management.
